I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and spotless. The bed was very comfortable and the rain shower was fantastic. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options. The staff was always helpful and friendly. Getting around this city was very easy and hassle-free.
Couldn't fault this hotel at all.

The a sauna was available. Poterne Restaurant is short way from the hotel. 19 miles away from Schiphol airport.

The location of this hotel for Christmas was ideal, as it was close to the ice-skating rink and the Christmas market. Another aspect that we appreciated was the complimentary hot cocoa that was served in the lobby every night. Additionally, we enjoyed the festive decorations in the common areas.
Our room was quite chilly and we were unable to adjust the temperature. We requested for a heater, but it was not sufficient to warm the space. Furthermore, the staff at breakfast seemed disorganized, resulting in long waits and confusion over our reservations. our experience at this hotel for Christmas was not as enjoyable as we had hoped.

Accessing the spa requires additional payment, making it inconvenient for hotel guests or those on a budget.

The rooms were comfortable and the spa was a great place to relax. We also enjoyed the festive decorations in the lobby and the hot chocolate that was offered. The location allowed us to explore the nearby town and enjoy the winter wonderland scenery.
The staff seemed overwhelmed during our visit and were not very helpful. We also found the Christmas dinner to be overpriced for the quality of the food and service.
